Jean Touttée


Jean Touttée is a founding partner of the firm with a speciality in tax law. He has developed notable expertise in the fields of corporate group taxation, restructuring and acquisition operations (specifically global structuring of the operation and payroll taxation), taxation of top management, taxation of family assets (family office) and taxation of non-profit organizations (associations, trust funds…). 


Before founding TCA in 1999, he practiced law at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre from 1990 to 1999.

A member of the Paris Bar Association, Jean holds a senior professional degree in corporate law and taxation (Magistère de juriste d'affaires et fiscalité, 1988) from the University of La Sorbonne-Assas, as well as a certification in finance and accounting (Diplôme d'Etudes Comptables et Financières, 1991).

He is a member of the business commitee of the Tax Lawyer Association (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux, IACF).

Jean speaks French and English.
